Stehle joins the team of Adam Gregory and Shelly Dunbar to assist with the origination of debt for all types of income-producing real estate.
In April 2021, CommCap welcomed Stehle to the team as servicing administrator. With 5 years of experience as a California licensed general appraiser, he leveraged his underwriting and property level experience to quickly advance within CommCap.
