Diesel from Carson City’s Vineburg Machining Inc. was the winner of Northern Nevada’s Best Office Pet, presented by the Northern Nevada Business Weekly and Pet Play House Inc. in Reno.
Diesel is a three-year-old purebred English Chocolate Lab. He is the office greeter. He is owned by Jessica Thomsen, who works in accounting at Vineburg Machining. Diesel is a social butterfly and is everyone’s best friend in the office. He’s known to sit in chairs like a person. His favorite toy is a pillow and he often lays around the office with it.

Kristal Williams took over Reno’s Pet Play House in July 2021. Due to demand Pet Play House has just added 10 new spacious "studio apartments.”
