Indoor Sports Holdings LLC announced today that Chad and Cory Clemetson have acquired a significant equity stake in the business and have joined Owen Blake as owners of Swift Sportsdome located in Reno.

Swift Sportsdome consists of two indoor recreational sports facilities totaling 160,000 square feet.

“With the Clemetson brothers’ strong reputation across the state and vast business experience in both real estate and in sports business, I could not be more excited to have our company join the Clemetson portfolio of companies,” said Owner Owen Blake in a statement. “This investment and partnership will ensure that Swift Sportsdome will be the leading adult/youth recreational sports facility destination spanning the Bay Area to Reno. It is incredibly exciting for our entire state and region.”

The newest property, Swift Sportsdome South Meadows — with a private launch party slated for Sept. 22 — is a 120,000-square-foot adult/youth recreational facility located in South Reno that accommodates more than three times the capacity of the original university location, now renamed Swift Sportsdome University. The new facility features two turf fields, four multiuse courts, flexible game-viewing opportunities, private event space, and a contemporary bar/lounge area perfect for game-time snacks, post-game meals and viewing parties. The facility also includes more than 5,000 square feet of Swift Urgent Clinic physical therapy and sports science training space.

Chad and Cory Clemetson were equally thrilled with the new partnership and to be working with Blake.
“This investment is very personal to us as we believe that there is no other product regionally like this in indoor adult or youth sports,” said Chad Clemetson. “Both my brother Cory and I are active coaches and spend a great deal of time within youth sports here in Reno. The new Swift Sportsdome is something our Northern Nevada community has needed for a long time and we are looking forward to being able to help make this the premier indoor sports attraction in our region.”
