DCG is pleased to announce the successful sale of 100 California Ave., a mixed-use building in downtown Reno that sold for $5.350 million.

DCGs investment team, Chris Shanks and Matt DeRicco represented the seller, 100 Cal NV LLC, and principal Tom Fennell represented the buyer.


The mixed-use property compromises two separate buildings totaling 13,480 square feet, featuring ground-floor retail and second-story office space.


The first floor is occupied by Old World Coffee, Black Rock Dessert, and Forest Street Station while the second floor is occupied primarily by office users. Full Belly Deli inhabits a separate 2,800 square-foot standalone building at 517 Forest St.
