Pang has served within the United Way network for 19 years, including leadership positions in Hawaii, Ohio, and Washington. Most recently, he served as board chair of the United Ways of the Pacific Northwest and as co-chair of the United Way Western Regional Conference.
As the leader of UWNNS, Pang’s primary responsibility will be to deliver on the organization’s vision to create opportunities for children, families, and individuals to realize their full potential – beginning with access to high-quality Pre-K and the necessary skills required for early literacy development.
