NOTICE is hereby given that the
undersigned is a duly appointed and qualified
Trustee of The Don & Ruth Alford 2005
Revocable Living Trust – Survivor’s Trust
Dated November 10, 2008. The Grantor/
Settlor (Donald Eugene Alford) of the Trust,
died on December 12, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust or
the Grantor/Settlor of estate must file a claim
with Kalicki Collier, LLP, at 401 Ryland Street,
Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within ninety (90)
days after the first publication of this notice.
