People: Kelley Cheney, Robert Porter, Riley Williams promoted by Plumas Bank

Plumas Bank announced it has promoted three top-producing team members in the Small Business Administration Lending Department.

Kelley Cheney and Robert Porter were each promoted to senior vice president, business development officer and Riley Williams was promoted to vice president, SBA loan officer.

Cheney has been with Plumas Bank for 15 years and specializes in financing gas station/convenience stores, grocery stores, car washes and other businesses where change of ownership occurs.

Cheney is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers and the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries. He recently served on the board of the California Association of Business Brokers holding roles as director of governance, director of affiliate sponsorships and conference co-chair.

Porter joined the bank in 2008. He specializes in financing acquisitions in the restaurant and hospitality industry and other businesses where change in ownership occurs. Porter is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers, the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries, and is active in numerous business networking groups.

Together, Cheney and Porter have funded nearly $400 million in small business loans during their tenure at the bank.
