People: Judy Villagomez, Joseph Nalley, Dakota Baker form Street Commercial Real Estate's property management division

Street Commercial Real Estate announces a newly formed property management division under the guidance of Judy Villagomez, Joe Nalley and Dakota Baker.

As senior vice president of property management, Villagomez bring more than 30 years of experience to the commercial real estate industry. Her experience benefits from managing over 10 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties throughout the West Coast for nationally known investors, developers, and fund advisory firms.

Prior to moving to Reno, Villagomez worked in Southern California managing properties throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange, and San Diego counties.

Villagomez is a licensed salesperson in Nevada and holds a property management permit. She has been licensed since 1990.

Dakota Baker

 

Nalley has been involved in investment real estate since childhood. Nalley has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics and a Master of Business Administration.

Prior to earning his real estate license, he was the assistant director of finance and budget with the University of Washington.

Baker has been working in the commercial real estate industry for nearly a decade with experience ranging from commercial property management to investment sales and commercial leasing.

Baker has been a student of multifamily syndications and projects since leaving Utah State University in 2016.
