NOTICE TO CREDITORS
IN THE MATTER OF CHARLES F. HEEBNER
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned
is the duly appointed and qualified
Trustee of the Charles F. Heebner and
Geraldine M. Heebner 1998 Revocable Living
Trust Dated May 1, 1998 (Restated March 19,
2015). The Grantor/Settlor (Thomas Scharff)
of the Trust, died on January 24, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust
or the Grantor/Settlor of estate must file a
claim with Kalicki Collier, LLP, at 401 Ryland
Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within
ninety (90) days after the first publication of
this notice.
