NOTICE is hereby given that the
undersigned is the duly appointed and
qualified Trustee of The Charles W. Ellis 2016
Revocable Living Trust Dated January 6,
2016. The Grantor/Settlor of the Trust (Charles
W. Ellis), died on November 23, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust or
the Grantor/Settlor of estate must file a claim
with Kalicki Collier, LLP, at 401 Ryland Street,
Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within ninety (90)
days after the first publication of this notice.
