People: Wally Murray retiring after 35 years at Greater Nevada Credit Union

Wally Murray, president and CEO of Greater Nevada Credit Union, announced his retirement after 35 years at the credit union.

Under Murray’s leadership, starting in 2000, GNCU became the largest financial institution headquartered in Nevada. The GNCU board of directors has launched a transition plan for leadership continuity, and a search for a new CEO is underway.
