People: Kathryn Guthrie earns Certified Business Intermediary designation

The Liberty Group of Nevada announced Kathryn Guthrie has earned her designation as a Certified Business Intermediary.

Guthrie, the managing broker and owner of The Liberty Group of Nevada, has demonstrated the organization’s commitment to education, performance and ethics by becoming a Certified Business Intermediary recognized by the International Business Brokers Association.

She is a licensed business broker at The Liberty Group of Nevada at the downtown Reno office with more than 16 years of entrepreneurial experience.

She is a certified exit planning adviser through the Exit Planning Institute, holds a certification as a value builder adviser, and is a member of the International Business Broker Association.

She holds a real estate broker’s license in Nevada and California. Her services as a coach have been used to compliment the transaction services that she provides as a business broker.
