Metcalf Builders begins construction on Jiffy Lube in Sparks

Metcalf Builders has commenced construction on a new Jiffy Lube service center. The facility will be located at 7983 Tierra Del Sol Parkway in Sparks.

The 4,700-square-foot, single-story service center will feature a wood-framed design, with an exterior of stucco, stone, and storefront systems.

The new center will house two service bays with pits and two surface-grade service bays, offering comprehensive vehicle maintenance services.

The project is valued at $1.5 million and has an estimated completion date of December.
