Spherion Staffing and Recruiting in Reno has been presented with a President’s Award during the company’s annual national meeting.
The President’s Award was presented to the top-performing offices across Spherion’s franchise network of more than 200-plus staffing agencies nationwide.
In Reno, franchise owners Brian, Roger, and Maureen Lytle have built their success on a foundation of people-first leadership and community engagement.
As a second-generation franchisee who started at Spherion in 2001 and joined his parents as an owner in 2017, Brian has made it his mission to connect job seekers with meaningful careers while helping local businesses grow.
His hands-on approach and strong partnerships have led to major accomplishments in 2024, including a 900-plus reputation score, 23% year-over-year revenue growth, and a 33% increase in gross profit.
The meeting was held at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk Hotel in San Antonio from Feb. 27 to March 1. The event gave franchisees a chance to build connections with peers and corporate team members.
Spherion partnered with San Antonio-based Soldiers' Angels, making 45 no-sew blankets for active military members, veterans and their families.
