Carson City Hyundai last month topped J.D. Power’s customer satisfaction survey, which ranks service departments based on reviews from customers at 845 Hyundai dealerships around the country.
The honor arrives after several top 10 survey finishes for the Hyundai store, where mechanics and service writers take care of roughly 1,000 customers per month.
March marks the second time in many years Carson City Hyundai has won J.D. Power’s top service department award.
The dealership, which is co-owned by Napoleon and NFL Hall-of-Famer Ronnie Lott, opened six years ago at 3659 S. Carson St.
