The Small Business Administration Nevada District Office announced the annual top lenders report for 2024 last month, placing Nevada State Bank in first place for both Regional Lender of the Year and SBA Nevada 504 Third Party Lender of the Year.
Determined by the Nevada District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration, the top lender status reflects the quantity of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans guaranteed to Nevada businesses, as well as the dollar volume. Nevada State Bank issued 72 SBA-backed loans, totaling more than $25.5 million, in fiscal year 2024, an increase of 36% from FY2023. Nevada State Bank provides SBA loans to help small businesses get started, maintain operations, or expand in their community.
