MBG breaks ground on industrial facility

Montane Building Group has broken ground on Milan Industrial Building A, a 652,040-square-foot shell industrial facility.

Located at 855 Milan Drive, this project is being developed in collaboration with The Conco Companies and marks Montane’s fifth industrial ground-up project with this client.

Once completed, the facility will expand the leasable industrial space in the region, enabling more companies to relocate and thrive in Northern Nevada.

Project highlights include:

• Land preparation: Civil and dirt work to ready the site, including utility installations for

power and water

• Structural work: Foundation, wall panels, and roof framing for the concrete tilt building

• Mechanical systems: HVAC units, fire pump room, plumbing, and electrical installations
