Montane Building Group announced the completion of tenant improvements for the Nevada Department of Health.
The project spans two locations — Park Center East at 9850 Double R Blvd., and Park Center West at 9805 Double R Blvd.
The improvements, developed in collaboration with Incline Capital Group, encompass the entire second floors of both buildings, creating additional functional workspace for the department.
Project highlights include:
• Park Center East: The scope of work included the demolition of three walls, relocation of the main entrance, and the construction of 17 new offices, complete with upgraded electrical systems and HVAC installation.
• Park Center West: Seven new offices were added to existing open spaces, along with the installation of new HVAC ducting and updated power configurations.
The project was completed while the Nevada Department of Health occupied both spaces in the two separate buildings.
