Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Care
Financing and Policy (“Nevada Medicaid”), and Stacie Weeks, Administrator,
by and through Attorney General Aaron D. Ford, and Deputy
Attorney General Lauren Driscoll, having filed a Verified Petition for
Imposition of Medicaid Lien on Real Property (“Petition”) on the subject
property in the amount of Sixty Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Six
Dollars and Sixty-Five Cents ($60,236.65), a hearing has been set for
February 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., or at such time immediately thereafter
as this matter may be heard in Department 10 of the above-referenced
Court, located at 75 Court Street, Reno, Nevada.
Pursuant to Administrative Order 2020-02A, certain hearings will
