NOTICE OF SALE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that LORRETTA
AKLESTAD, the Guardian and Conservator of
the above-named Protected Person, will sell
the Protected Person’s real property at private
sale to the highest and best offer, within one
year of the date stated in this Notice of Sale.
1. The real property is located at 2875
Parkway Drive, Reno, Nevada, 89502
2. The Assessor’s Parcel Number for the real
property is 051-161-07.
3. The Legal Description of the Property
is as follows: “Lot 6, Block A of PARKWAY
SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 1, according to the
map thereof, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of Washoe County, State of Nevada,
on November 9, 1983, under filing No.
890295, and as Tract Map No. 2127.
APN: 051-161-07.”
4. Offers will be accepted starting February 3,
2025 at 12:00pm.
5. All offers to purchase the property, must
be made in writing and sent to the Guardian’s
real estate agent, Jason Lococo, Intero Real
Estate, 775-343-5444, jason@isellnv.com.
6. The Property will be sold “AS IS, WHERE
IS”, no warranties, expressed or implied, and
the sale is subject to court approval.
7. The listing price for the Property will be
$550,000.00.
8. The terms of the sale shall be as set forth
in the listing agreement on file with the agent
named above.
9. The Guardian of the Estate reserves the
right to reject any and all bids. Final sale is
subject to Court approval.
