Jarrett Rosenau, president of Nevada operations at Clark/Sullivan Construction has been named recipient of a 2025 Leadership Award by Vistage.
Rosenau has spent the past 25 years at Clark/Sullivan building a distinguished career defined by his ability to develop high-performing construction teams, champion best-in-class practices, and serve as a trusted adviser.
Rosenau has demonstrated leadership across every facet of his role. He played a key role on the ownership team that successfully led the buyout of the company’s founder, guiding the transition with professionalism and empathy while strategically positioning the firm for its next phase of growth.
Beyond his business achievements, Rosenau served as president of the Nevada Chapter of the Associated General Contractors, he was part of the team that developed a three-year plan that introduced a workforce development manager role to address labor shortages and played a key role in establishing AGCs first internal lobbying team in over 30 years.
He also contributes to the broader community as a trustee of the University of Nevada, Reno Foundation Board and as a management trustee for laborer benefit trusts supporting thousands of union members across the state.
