Panattoni Development Co. announces the sale of Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center in Spanish Springs.
The 195,000-square-foot building is located at 420 Ingenuity Avenue. The buyer was represented by Brian Armon, Anthony Machabee, Derek Caroll and Mason La Fond with NAI Alliance, and Panattoni Development was represented by Joel Fountain, Baker Krukow and Nick Knecht with Dickson Commercial Group.
Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center is owned by Ingenuity 200 Industrial, LLC and developed by Panattoni Development Co., in partnership with Mar-Gulf Management Inc. and MDI Capital, LLC, with Tectonics Design Group as the architect and Alston Construction as the general contractor.
