J. Kyle Dalpe
PBS Reno welcomes J. Kyle Dalpe to the PBS Reno board of trustees.
Dalpe has worked in higher education for more than 28 years, supporting student access and success. He is president of Western Nevada College.
Previously, he served as provost and senior vice president at WNC overseeing academic affairs, finance and student services.
During his time at the college, he has built new programs, defined strategic enrollment management planning and implementation, developed initiatives to increase access and inclusion, and secured external funding to support campus projects.
Previous to WNC, Dalpe worked in various leadership positions at Truckee Meadows Community College including acting president, dean of technical sciences, chief of staff and director of institutional advancement.
In his dean role, he helped develop the first training programs to support the emerging advanced manufacturing industry in the Northern Nevada region through work with local, state and international employers.
