Shelby Reed
Dickson Commercial Group welcomes Shelby Reed as operations manager.
Reed will play a role in ensuring DCG and DCG management operate smoothly. She oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, managing everything from licensing compliance and vendor relationships to IT coordination and internal communications.
Additionally, she leads the onboarding and offboarding processes for agents and property managers, ensuring seamless transitions and support throughout the organization.
Reed’s background encompasses executive support, operations, and client services. With more than a decade of experience in streamlining systems, managing cross-functional teams, and solving problems preemptively, she is well-prepared for her role.
Before joining DCG, she supported C-suite leadership and held key operational positions in real estate, escrow, and manufacturing industries.
She holds dual bachelor's degrees in communication and women’s studies from the University of Nevada, Reno.
