Montane Building Group has completed construction on Verdi Building No. 3 and a tenant improvement project for Prinoth.
The metal building, located at 1335 Quilici Ranch Road, totals 7,197 square feet. Features include a number of windows located on the exterior walls, five overhead doors and two restrooms. The exterior of the building has various natural tones.
The project consisted of grading, building the shell, site improvements and the tenant improvement scope. Prinoth is occupying the building.
The TI consisted of two floors with the use of a mezzanine. The first floor is 7,197 square feet and has a reception area, designated accessible break area, and a warehouse. The second floor is 1,659 square feet and features four offices, an open office space and a break room.
