This $24 million project in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center underscores continued investment in Nevada’s expanding industrial sector.
Situated at 2200 USA Parkway, East Building 6 is a 475,880-square-foot bulk industrial facility designed to meet the rising demand for modern logistics and manufacturing space in the region.
Owned by Locus Development Group, the facility is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.
