LOGIC Commercial Real Estate announces the sale of Moana West Shopping Center.

The acquisition includes four parcels located at 3400 – 3470 Lakeside Drive, 3480 Lakeside Drive, 3350 Lakeside Court, and 3480 Lakeside Court, in Reno.

Moana West Shopping Center consists of 48,747 square feet of retail across three buildings and a two-story, 21,269 square foot office building.

Planned improvements include strategic leasing to enhance tenant mix, updated exterior façade, improved signage visibility, and interior renovations.
