People: Jamie Krahne promoted to partner at Dickson Commercial Group

Dickson Commercial Group announces the promotion of Jamie Krahne to partner.

At DCG, Krahne manages a medical office portfolio exceeding 1 million square feet. She provides comprehensive services across marketing, leasing, property operations and construction management.

Her client base includes numerous private healthcare groups and hospital systems throughout Reno and Las Vegas.

Krahne previously served as senior vice president of DCG Healthcare. During her 17-year career working in the healthcare real estate space, she has distinguished herself as an industry leader in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of medical office and healthcare-related properties.

Her expertise spans leasing strategy, property management, and oversight of tenant improvements, making her a trusted adviser to both landlords and tenants.

In addition to her professional achievements, Krahne is actively involved in the Northern Nevada community. She serves on the board of Step2.

She also co-authored a chapter titled “Building Out an Urgent Care Center” in The Textbook of Urgent Care Management by John Shufeldt.
