Joe Lopez, a broker and sales and marketing director for Tanamera Construction, has been installed 2010 president of the Builders Association of Northern Nevada.
Other officers include Curtis Rowe of Pulte Homes, vice president Bill Thomas of Conrey Consulting, secretary-treasurer; and Pat Riley of Eagle Home Mortgage, associate vice president.
Builder members of the board of directors include Jack Byrom of Truckee Meadows Water Authority, Mike Douglas of Q&D Construction, Travis Means of Homecrafters, Robert Nielsen of Shelter Properties, Pam Parenti of Pulte Homes, Greg Peek of ERGS Inc., Ray Pezonella of Pezonella Associates, Cloyd Phillips of CSA & Development, Steve Ryckebosch of Sierra Signature Homes, John Schroeder of J&N Nevada and Joe Serpa of Aspen Developers.
Associate directors include Jeff Codega of Codega Planning/Design, Garrett Gordon of Lewis and Roca, Dave Hendriks of Plantworks, John Krmpotic of KLS Planning/Design and Randy Walter of Places Consulting.
The unanimous approvals Wednesday came despite state leaders promising to tighten up requirements for Nevada’s tax abatements and incentives for future companies.
