Bob Pratte has been hired as customer service manager at Hometown Health, the insurance division of Renown Health.
He has more than 10 years of experience in human resources and nearly five years of experience in the healthcare industry, most recently working as a learning and development specialist for the human resources department of Renown Health.
Pratte earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix in Reno.
“I point out many cases of where privately owned companies do just as bad a job as publicly owned companies,” says Reno resident and former teacher Robert (R.D.) Gardner.
