A 68,000-square-foot industrial building, vacant for 11 years and condemned for occupancy after a 2005 snowstorm, was purchased for $670,000 by LGM Investments, which hired Frank Lepori Construction to renovate the property. Yair “YaYa”Jackoby of Ferrari Lund Real Estate represented the seller, and Paul Perkins of Perkins Company Nevada Ltd. represented the purchaser.
