Dewey Struble, a commercial real estate broker in Reno, received the Jay W. Levine Award for Distinguished Service from the CCIM Institute.
The recognition has been awarded only three times since its inception in 1996, and Struble is the first to win it since 2002.
Struble was president of the institute in 1998, when he worked to expand the uses of technology in the profession and sought to improve its educational offerings. He also has served on national, state and local boards of directors of CCIM.
Heather Ashbridge, who started with Nevada State Development Corporation in 2008, previously served in several roles with the organization, including assistant vice president and loan officer. She is based in NSDC’s Reno office.
