GNCU plans Dayton branch
Greater Nevada Credit Union plans to open a 6,300-square-foot full-service Dayton branch on Highway 50 East early next year.
The branch will employ 12.
Architect Carlin Williams of Reno drew the plans with project management by Jones, Lang Lasalle, based in Los Angeles.
The Dayton branch will offer a community meeting facility for use by civic, charitable and business groups.
Greater Nevada is a not-for-profit financial cooperative.
Total membership is 28,000 with about 2,400 in the Dayton/Silver Springs area.
It serves the residents of 10 northern Nevada counties.
The cancelation of the 2020 event “severely affected operating revenue,” according to the Great Reno Balloon Race.
