Kim Ciesynski, a registered interior designer with the firm Spaces Design & Planning in Reno, has been elected president of the board of directors of the National Council of Interior Design Qualification.
The council is an organization of regulatory boards in the United States and Canada that establish standards of competence in the practice of interior design.
Ciesynski is a member of the Nevada State Board of Architecture, Interior Design and Residential Design.
Heather Ashbridge, who started with Nevada State Development Corporation in 2008, previously served in several roles with the organization, including assistant vice president and loan officer. She is based in NSDC’s Reno office.
