L/P Insurance relocates to downtown office building
L/P Insurance Services, Inc. will move from its current office in the Meadowood location to Park Center Tower at 300 E. Second St.
The company signed a seven-year lease on 21,000 square feet with Basin Street Properties, owner of the 15-story building across the street from Reno Aces Ballpark, said Scott Stranzl, vice president of leasing for Basin Street.
The lease brings Park Center Tower’s occupancy to 94 percent.
Dominic Brunetti, principal and senior vice president for NAI Alliance Commercial Real Estate Services, represented both Basin Street and L/P Insurance.
Nick Rossi, president of L/P Insurance, said the company needs more space to support its growth.
It wanted to be downtown, partly because it expects to recruit new employees heavily from the nearby University of Nevada, Reno.
L/P Insurance Services Inc. is an independent insurance agency.
