Measurement of state’s tourism ads on agenda
Nevada’s top tourism official will discuss the tools his agency uses to measure return on investment of a new marketing program during a talk in Reno July 1.
Bruce Bommarito, executive director of the Nevada Commission on Tourism, will speak to the northern Nevada Nevada chapter of the American Marketing Association.
Bommarito will review efforts to create a new brand for Nevada as an outdoor adventure destination.
That advertising campaign has carried the theme “Wide Open” for statewide efforts and has dubbed Reno “America’s Adventure Place.” The marketing association meeting starts at 11:30 a.m.
