Megan Salcido has been hired by the City of Reno as government affairs coordinator.
Salcido most recently has been working as an in-house counsel for Factor Sales, Inc. in San Luis, Ariz., for the past year. She was a legislative extern working with Snell and Wilmer Law Offices in the firm’s role representing the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce during the 2009 Legislative session. She was also a law clerk for the Honorable James Hardesty and a Judicial Extern for Governor Brian Sandoval when he was a United States District Court Judge.
Salcido received her bachelor of science degree in international business from the University of Nevada, Reno. She completed her law degree at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
