Nominations open in ‘Best Places to Work’ competition
Nominations are open in the fifth annual “Best Places to Work in Reno/Tahoe” initiative.
The program recognizes employers who have created positive work environments, and it provides nominated companies with data to help them measure employee satisfaction and engagement.
Winners will be recognized at an event 0n April 26. The deadline for nominations is Feb. 10. (Go to http://www.quantumworkplace.com/nomination/reno/ for a nomination form.) Managers and employees can nominate their own companies, and participation is free.
After the close of nominations, surveys of employees at participating companies will be conducted by Quantum Workplace between Feb. 15 and March 14. The awards are based solely on the results of the survey.
