Adam Ornellas has joined The Bonanza Casino as chef in its Cactus Creek Prime Steakhouse restaurant.
Ornellas has more than 20 years experience in the restaurant industry, including working at St. Regis, The W, The Palace Hotel, Westin and Sheraton hotels in the San Francisco Bay Area. He also owned two restaurants and has been an instructor for the culinary arts.
He has been featured in various publications and on television and cooked for the James Beard Foundation Dinner.
Ornellas received his apprenticeship under Master Chef Almir Da Fonseca, current senior instructor for the CIA Culinary Academy.
As a partner, Silva will chair the litigation practice in the Reno office of Blanchard, Krasner & French.
