Rich Adams was selected as the Bureau of Land Management’s Tuscarora field manager in Elko.
Adams previously was field manager for the BLM in Malta, Mont., for three years. He began his BLM career in 1976 as a seasonal employee for fire and range in Nevada and Montana. He has also held positions in Glasgow and Butte, Mont.
Adams holds a bachelor’s degree in range and forest management from Colorado State University.
