Shanks, Brunetti join Dickson
Scott Shanks and Dominic Brunetti are leaving their roles as principals of NAI Alliance to join in creation of a new commercial real estate firm, Dickson Commercial Group Inc.
They’ll join with Tom Fennell, who previously worked with the commercial group of Dickson Realty Inc., and Harvey Fennell, who will be a partner in Dickson Commercial Group and remains as a broker with Dickson Realty Inc.
Along with the four partners, brokerage staff of the new firm includes Fred Miller, Ron Boles, Sheila Colfer, Don Welsh, Randy Walker and Lisamarie Wand.
The new firm will be housed at 333 Holcomb Ave. Dickson Commercial Group with a group of investors purchased the three-story, 14,017-square-foot office at the edge of Reno’s downtown and Midtown districts.
Brunetti and Shanks, who have specialized in office sales and leasing, were among the founders of NAI Alliance in 2005.
Shanks began his career with Hale Day Gallagher Co., where he was a commercial broker for more than 10 years. He then worked with Prologis before he moved to NAI Alliance.
Brunetti worked in the title insurance business before entering the commercial real estate business.
