Silver Reserve deal set
Silver Reserve Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Reno-based Infrastructure Materials Corp., said last week it signed a non-binding letter of intent to sell a half interest in its Silver Queen and Klondyke properties to MGold Resources of Montreal.
MGold would acquire its stake in the properties by spending $4 million on exploration within 30 months. The properties are in Esmeralda County.
The commission, which advises the governor and Nevada Legislature in areas such as career advancement, pay equality and gender discrimination, could fall victim to looming budget cuts.
