VizKinect strikes deal with medical firm
VizKinect Inc. of Reno said last week it struck a long-term partnership with a California developer of ultrasound technology to improve the detection of breast cancer.
Privately held VizKinect didn’t disclose terms of the partnership with Tractus Corp.
VizKinect, which has patented software used in biometric applications such as eye-tracking, said its technology will be integrated with the Tractus’ Breast Mapper. The Tractus system is designed to improve physician efficiency in the early detection of cancer in dense-breasted women.
