Rick Gunn/Nevada Appeal Robert Bledsaw, Lieutenant Junior Grade and commanding officer of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps in Carson City, stands with David Treinen, commanding officer of the Cadet Corps Reno Division Thursday at the Carson City Senior Citizens Center. The Carson City is the first-ever for the program, which will be run by Bledsaw. It offers programs for youth ages 10 1/2 to 18 to help them determine careers and necessary training.
