Submitted photo 2 Plus, a jazz duo and then some, will be one of 20 acts playing at this weekend's Basically Basie Jazz Festival. The group gets its name from its two basic components, a harmonica and a saxophone. Depending on what other musicians are available or how much a promoter can afford, the number of players grow. Saturday, they will be 2 Plus 4, meaning it will be a six-member band.
