BRAD HORN/Nevada Appeal Ryan Dunlap, 8, makes a dam in the dirt next to the new playground at Fritsch Elementary School on Saturday. Volunteers from General Electric's Sierra Nevada chapter of "Elfun" worked with playground committee members to replace worn out equipment at the North Carson School.
