Cathleen Allison/Nevada Appeal Kathy Richardson, office manager of the Dayton Parkview Adult Residence, hugs Carl Carbajal, 93, Wednesday afternoon. The final two residents, out of 54, will be gone by Friday after the facility was forced to close.
