Sarah Adler, left, of USDA, recognized the Fallon Community Theatre Inc., and others who have spent hours trying to restore the historic Fallon landmark. She gave certificates to those for theri commitment to Maine Street vitality and working together, concluding with "It' a Wonderful Life."
