Teams at The Chamber's YEA! program work on start-up businesses. Mentor Sam Hardt, left, founder of Reno Art Works, works with Mandisa Bailey, 12, from Honors Academy of Literature, and Sonia Elias-Hagler, 16 from Wooster High School. Mandisa's startup business is C.I.A. Clothing and Sonia is starting Slay Vanity. In the back, Karly McCutcheon, 16, from Davidson Academy, works with mentor Aric Shapiro, cofounder of Reno Art Works, on her start-up, Peacefull Hearts Art Co-op.
