American Legion Post No. 9 in Yerington closed out the year by providing two complete Thanksgiving dinners to the National Guard Unit in Yerington. SSG Marshall and SSG Rogers where on hand to receive the baskets. The post also visited and provided convenience kits to 92 patients residing at the VA Hospital in Reno. Ed Kaatz and Jim Graves provided three quilts to the cancer ward. They took the time to speak to all the patients and wish them a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
